some suggestions to get you psyched about working out.
- The first suggestion is to be harder on your body but easier on your self image. Most people are self critical about there appearance but unwilling to push themselves through discomfort, work on the later and be kinder to yourself and watch the changes happen.
- Fall in love with exercise that changes your mood and your life, not just your body. Being in shape is not just about what you look like on the outside, it helps you sleep better, boosts your energy throughout the day and enhances your mood.

- I like this one, set small, attainable goals that you can reach along the way, but have one goal that kind of terrifies you.
